A sort of amalgamation of SimCity, StarCraft, and - shockingly - Fallout, Fallout Shelter could be so much more than what it is: an easy way to pay an electric bill. Why? Because when I look at the angular, bony skeleton that's underneath all of usual and expected F2P/ mobile bloat, I see the foundation of what could be a solid and somewhat original base builder. Every time I boot it up, I am immediately sad. If you suffer from the "Completionist's Disease" like I do, save yourself and avoid at all costs. I wrote more about this than I originally anticipated, so here's the tldr: monotonous waste of time that could actually be decent if it wasn't mired in typical F2P sludge.
